Connection.
It’s what we are all looking for. Connection with ourselves. Connection with others. But how do we achieve that in a world that constantly forces us to disconnect in order to survive? To numb out, to run from conflict, to judge, to avoid our vulnerability. Our vulnerability is what makes us beautiful. Let’s get back to that beauty.
My therapy practice embodies the ways I want to live and be in the world. Striving to honor my needs while holding the needs of others, learning to move toward conflict in ways that feel safe, daily awareness of how I attach meaning to people and situations, sitting in the discomfort and joy of my story. All the things that help me stay connected to my friends, family, and clients.
I have 10+ years experience as a therapist and bring a deep understanding of non-monogamous and LGBTQIA communities. All of my techniques are trauma-informed and practiced with gentleness and care. I use she/her pronouns or anything gender neutral.
